Riabov, ASQ CQIA |
John Riabov, ASQ CQIA, is the
founder and president of Windwood Consulting, LLC. A
seasoned business executive, John has 25 years of experience
in Fortune 500 and small business environments on both sides
of the client/supplier relationship. His areas of expertise
include e-business, marketing, communications, sales, and
business process reengineering.
John has been named ASQ Certified
Quality Improvement Associate by the Certification Board of
the American Society for Quality. This certification
recognizes his proficiency in and commitment to quality
principles and practices. He is also Six Sigma certified and
trained as an examiner on the Malcolm Baldrige criteria.
In addition to obtaining a B.S.
degree from the University of Delaware and M.S. degree
from the University of Florida, John has completed the
Performance Improvement Management program at the University
of Delaware as well as programs in finance, channel
management and e-commerce at the Darden School of Business,
University of Virginia.
A self-professed “seeker of
excellence,” John focuses on achieving the best from both
himself and others. He believes in building authentic,
productive relationships with his clients. |
